International reach and unrivalled experience
The company currently comprises 20 full-time technical staff, with offices in Bristol and Glasgow in the UK, Munich in Germany and Portland in Oregon, USA. The majority of our people have spent their entire career in the renewables industry, joining us from consultancies and developers including Garrad Hassan (now DNV-GL), AECOM, Airtricity (now SSE), PNE, E.ON, RES and OpenHydro. Their significant experience is directly applied to all technical output.


GE’s Offshore Wind business belongs to GE Renewable Energy, a 9-billion-dollar start-up that brings together one of the broadest product and service portfolios of the renewable energy industry. More than 500 employees are dedicated to our projects in different places around the world. Those teams are developing, in close collaboration, outstanding offshore wind solutions delivering efficient, reliable and environmentally-friendly technology to power homes with clean energy. GE offers a range of new generation wind turbines products, built on more than 30 years of designing and implementing proven and reliable wind power solutions. The Haliade* 150-6MW wind turbine, a unique innovative and proven technology, has been developed to supply the European and world markets.
